As promised, here is the fun
workout we did at my mom’s house. The pics are of my baby (who is not a baby
anymore) brother and I. The “course” was .25 miles around, with some killer
little hills. It was a fun
way to workout, and challenging! You could definitely do a makeshift workout
like this at a local park or trail. We made it more difficult by pushing a wheelbarrow with bags of concrete up a hill (then pushing each other up the hill), and adding some back excises on the balance beam, and then squats and carting that log aroundA fun option for Spokanites are Riverside
State Park.
