Work it Wednesday: Why?

Why workout? Why eat healthy? I am not talking obsession with looks here, I am talking about a genuine desire to take care of your body to the best of your ability. For me, it doesn't work to say "Ok, I am going to start to workout tomorrow". News flash, I never do!!

What does work for me is that God blessed me with a body, and I better take care of it! Here is a great blog post on the resurgence about taking care of our body from a biblical perspective (it's short and worth the read!): The Resurgence

  1. I totally want to do a better job of taking care of my body, but having a crazy 2 year old and no back-up has put me in survival mode. I do the best I can and just try to get us both out of the house for several hours of every day! Even if it's not really a workout routine, it helps.

  2. Sounds like chasing around your two year old is a great workout in itself :)
